Each session begins with a Sensory Journey. You'll explore essential oils and discover the aroma that nurtures You. Your essence will be blended into a warm oil for your treatment. Your intention and expectations provides information your therapist needs to give you the best possible massage. Your therapist will knead, stroke and stretch your muscles to provide relaxation and stress relief. Or, the tempo can be increased for an invigorating massage. Deep tissue massage can relieve pain and discomfort. Techniques may include swedish, Dimensional Integrity^tm, deep muscle, shiatsu, neuromuscular therapy, reflexology and polarity. Warm aromatherapy neckwraps, booties and mitts extend your pleasure. Head and foot massage are included. All you have to do is decide how long you need, 30 minutes - 90 minutes.

Hair Removal by Waxing/Tweezing

The finest waxes are used to remove hair as comfortably as possible. Hard wax is always used for underarms, facial, eyebrows, lip and bikini. Strip wax is used for legs, arms, and backs. Waxing should be done every 4 weeks, depending on your hair growth. Hair removal by waxing retards hair growth and there appears to be less hair with regular, year round waxing. Leg waxing includes both legs.
